Who is Shoes 4 School.org?
Shoes4School.org is a division of KKIS, Keep Kids In School, Inc., a 501c3 non-profit foundation dedicated to promoting literacy and physical fitness through our programs. KKIS, was founded in 1997.

Our Vision
To provide shoes, school supplies, back packs and sporting goods to KIN (Kids In Need). This is not just about another pair of shoes. The footwear serves 3 main purposes:
1) Self Esteem;
2) Lower Childhood Disease and Obesity

About the Executive Director
Leola Anifowoshe, is the founder and Executive Director of Shoes4School.org. An Alumni of the University of Houston who majored in Business Administration with a Minor in Social Sciences.
Leola Anifowoshe is a profound business woman with over 20 years experience as an Entrepreneur and Women Empowerment Specialist.
Leola is dedicated to helping Keep Kids In School. She has dedicated most of her life in the non profit sector having been a volunteer since she was 9 years old as a tour guide for the blind - she was afforded the opportunity to travel the Nation as "the eyes" to her grandparents and their Colleagues. Having been raised partially by her two blind grandparents, Leola had the opportunity to witness first hand the commitment necessary to work with the handicapped or those in need. At Shoes4School.org we are dedicated to sponsoring and enlisting programs that encourage children to want to go and stay in school as well as educate them via our Mission4Nutrition program.
Shoes 4 School embark on programs that encourage learning and make learning fun and exciting which has been proven to keep children motivated to learn.
We know that education is a key to living a long and prosperous life. We live by the motto that "If You Can Touch One, You Can Teach One".
Remember "A Hole in the Sole can leave a Hole in the Soul".We don't want that to happen do we?
We endure to ensure that every child has a new pair of shoes and adequate school supplies and that no child is left behind. Our goal is to further educate the public on the disparity of education between children that have and children that have not and to try to close that gap.
We understand that too many children who are economically disadvantaged are being left behind. They are falling through the cracks and hopefully together we can help seal some of those cracks.
